W. Frank Porter, Managing Partner
Frank Porter has more than 16 years of litigation experience, including the representation of several high-profile cases in Charlotte. A native of northwestern North Carolina, Mr. Porter attended Wake Forest University, Mars Hill College, Southeastern Seminary and Campbell University School of Law. He has lived in Charlotte since 1989.
Mr. Porter is involved in many civic and charitable organizations. He served on the WTVI board of directors and as chairman leading the public television station through the transition from analog to high definition. Mr. Porter has also served on the boards of directors for the Mecklenburg County Alcohol Beverage Control Board, the Charlotte Touchdown Club and Hands on Charlotte. He has participated in many charitable projects with Habitat for Humanity, Men’s Homeless Shelter and Room in the Inn. Active in the faith community, Mr. Porter has served as a Sunday school teacher, deacon, chairman of the diaconate, chairman of the personnel committee and church moderator.
