Steven Kantrowitz is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and the District of Columbia. In addition, he is admitted to practice before United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Northern and Western Districts of New York and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Courts of Appeal for the Federal, District of Columbia and Third Circuits, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
Throughout his private practice, Mr. Kantrowitz has concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability including toxic tort, general liability, employment litigation, construction litigation and bankruptcy litigation. He has successfully tried cases in state, federal and bankruptcy court, as well as argued appeals in federal and state appellate courts.
Mr. Kantrowitz earned his postgraduate law degree with the highest honors from the National Law Center of George Washington University in 1981. He graduated from Villanova University in 1977 with a juris doctor degree, and he received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1974.
Among Mr. Kantrowitz’s many awards and recognitions are the Navy’s Distinguished Service Medal, the American Bar Association’s Award for Professional Merit and AV® Preeminent™ status from Martindale-Hubell.
